2026 WORLD BEEF EXPO – IMPORTANT STALLING UPDATE 

Want to choose your preferred stall location or stall with your family, friends, or breed association?

Become a 2026 World Beef Expo Star Sponsor! 

For $500, your sponsorship gives your group the opportunity to request preferred stalling.

Here's how it works:

 1. Enter your cattle.
Complete and pay for all entries through Showman. All exhibitors in your group must have completed entries before your stalling request can be considered.

 2. Complete the Preferred Stalling Star Sponsorship Request Form.
Only one form and one payment should be submitted for each stalling group. If you're stalling with another family, friends, or a breed association, simply include everyone on one form.

3. Submit your sponsorship payment.
Within one week, the WBE Stalling Committee will contact the Primary Contact to confirm your group and assigned location.

Please Note
• Stall requests are processed in the order completed forms and payments are received.
• Once your form is submitted, exhibitors and cattle cannot be added to your group.
• While we'll do everything we can to accommodate requests, preferred stall locations cannot be guaranteed.

 Important Deadlines
• Preferred Stalling Sponsorship deadline: Friday, September 13 at 11:59 PM
• Final stalling maps posted by: Friday, September 18

Junior Show Only Exhibitors

Junior-only preferred stalling sponsorships are $250. Stall assignments will be based on availability after Open Show cattle have been placed. If you'd like to discuss your options before purchasing a sponsorship, please contact the Stalling Committee.

Star Sponsorship Details and Sign up Form

Please read carefully before completing this form.

• The Star Sponsorship for Preferred Stalling is $500.  This covers the entire length of World Beef Expo, includes up to 10 farms/exhibitors, and those exhibitors' animals.
• Star Sponsors receive priority consideration for stalling location. While WBE will make every effort to honor your preferences, but due to the number of requests, stall location requests cannot be guaranteed.
• Preferred stall requests are processed in the order completed forms and payment are received.
• Please refer to the official stalling maps when entering your preferences.
• You will receive an email confirmation after submitting this form.
• Exhibitors who are not Star Sponsors will be stalled as WBE can fit them in and cannot guarantee stalling with other exhibitors.

Group Sponsorship Information

If multiple exhibitors wish to sponsor stalls together:

• Only one form is to be submitted for the entire group. Only one payment will be accepted. It is the group's responsibility to coordinate payment arrangements internally.
• The primary contact will receive all communications regarding stall assignments and will be listed on the stalling map.
• Once this form has been submitted, we cannot guarantee additional exhibitors or cattle can be added to your group.  Please ensure everyone in your group is included before submitting.

 Eligibility & Deadlines

To be eligible for preferred stalling:

• All cattle must be entered for World Beef Expo via the Showman App before submitting this form.
• Your stall sponsorship form and payment must be received by Sunday, September 13 at 11:59 PM.
• The final stalling map will be released by Friday, September 18.

 Junior Show - Only Exhibitors

• Junior-only sponsorships are $250.
• Because Open Show cattle are already assigned stalls, WBE will work to provide the best available location based on remaining space.
• If you have questions about available options before purchasing a sponsorship, please contact the Stalling Committee.

Open Show Departure

To allow for Junior Show preparations:

• Open Show-only cattle must vacate the barns by 7:00 PM Friday.
• Open Show-only cattle participating in the Supreme Drive must vacate the barns by 11:59 PM Friday.
• Cattle may remain in tie-outs or trailers after barn departure.
