Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) Upload For Non-Wisconsin Cattle

  • To speed up check in, as well as make our recordkeeping as required by the State of Wisconsin more efficient, we are requesting that you upload a PDF of your CVI to the Showman App prior to your arrival in Milwaukee for World Beef Expo.
  • You can upload your CVI right up until you arrive in Milwaukee
  • Showman will accept one uploaded document per exhibitor account.  There are 2 exhibitor questions where you may upload CVI into, so you may upload 2 CVIs if needed, or if you or your vet can combine them as a single multi page document, that can be uploaded.
  • If you have more than 2 CVIs and cannot combine them, you may send them to this email box ([email protected]) .  Please include the first and last name(s) of the World Beef Expo Exhibitor(s) in the body of the email, with the CVI(s) attached.

World Beef Expo has the same health requirements for bringing cattle to the Expo as the Wisconsin State Health. See the information websites below for details on what is required. These websites are updated by DATCP staff to reflect the most up to date information. Please check back frequently and especially right before the Expo to learn the latest requirements for each state.

We will have a vet on site to check all health papers. No out of state animals will be allowed to unload without proper paper work and required testing.  It is ok to list the farm name on the heath papers but please write each exhibitors name somewhere on your health papers so that we can match up the papers to verify that all out of state animals are covered.

In state cattle do not require health papers.
