When do you start taking reservations for this year's Expo?

Online registration is open. The final deadline to enter is September 8, 2024. There will be late fees after September 3. See the entries page for details

What time do Open Show cattle have to be in place?

The Open Show cattle have to be in place by 9:00 a.m. on Thursday.

When do Junior Show cattle have to be in place?

The Junior Show cattle have to be in place by 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.

I am entering a cross bred animal and it asks for sire and dam information. What do I do?

Just leave the box blank. If it is required info, just put "NA" in the box to continue to the next box. 

I do not have the registration information on my calf yet, but I want to get it entered before the deadline. What can I do?

Make your entries and put pending in the box. You can sign into your account to add any missing information until September 8th. If you do not have the info by September 8th and you receive it before the Expo, send an e-mail to [email protected] with the exhibitor name and registration information when it arrives.

Can I use two forms of payment at check out?

No, you must pay the full amount with one credit card or mail in a check for the full payment to:

Are you having a Youth Sweepstakes? Is there a fee?

Youth Sweepstakes Contests will be held at the Expo. Watch for details.. There is no fee.

Is there a fee for Showmanship? Do you need to register?

New this year! We are charging a fee of $10 to enter. Late fees are an additional $5. You must register for showmanship when you submit your show entries. 

What is the earliest I can arrive at the World Beef Expo?

The earliest time you can arrive at the World Beef Expo is 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday. NO early arrivals will be allowed. 

Does World Beef Expo provide bedding? Can I purchase bedding and hay?

World Beef Expo provides mulch in the barns but you must provide bedding for tie outs. A limited supply of straw and hay can be purchased. Hay $10 per bale and straw $5 per bale.

What is early release?

Exhibitors may leave after they are done showing. If you have an animal that qualifies for the Supreme Drive, you need to stay until after the Supreme Drive. 

Can I purchase World Beef Expo merchandise?

Yes, Images Embroidery will be selling hats and clothing items in the Trade Show area. See our merchandise page for pre-order items.

Can I submit additional entries after I have submitted and paid for entries?

Yes, you can submit additional entries by logging into your account and adding the additional entries. You can make changes and additions until September 8th. No refunds will be given but you can substitute an animal in your account before the deadline.

Can I pre-buy parking tickets? 

Yes, you can purchase discounted parking on the same site that you do your entries on. We are only selling single entry passes but you can stop at gate 5 on you way out, you can upgrade to a multi entry same day pass for $3.

Do you have a silent auction?  Can I donate?  Where is it located? 

Yes, we will have a silent auction.  Donations are welcomed - contact us at [email protected] or call 920-479-0658 for more info. The silent auction will be located in the Trade Show area in the upper level of the double deck barn. We will have an auction on Thursday & Friday that ends at 5:00 p.m. on Friday and another one that starts on Saturday and ends at 5 p.m. Please be sure to check back at 5 p.m.on Friday and Saturday to see if you are the winning bidder and pay for your items.

What time does the silent auction start and end?

Silent auction will start on Thursday at 5:00 p.m. and end on Saturday at 5:00 p.m..  Please check at the end of the auction to see if you are the high bidder and to pay for your items.

Does World Beef Expo award a scholarship?  .

For the Junior Show, does the animal have to be registered in the junior's name to show?

Yes.Ownership by a junior exhibitor is required for all registered animals and is established when an animal is recorded and certified on the registration certificate in the name of the junior exhibitor only, or with the junior exhibitor as a co-owner, and with the junior exhibitor’s first and last name appearing on the certificate

I discovered a mistake after I registered my animal. Who do I contact?

You can make corrections on your account until Sepetmeber 8th. After that date, call us at 920-479-0658 or e-mail us at [email protected].

I found someone's keys. Where should I take them?

Please bring the item to the Entry office that is located up the hill from the Coliseum. We will try to find the owner.

Where can I buy ice?

Ice is available at the Entry Office for $6 per bag.

My animal shows by weight. Will you be weighing my animal? 

Yes, we will have a weigh in for Open Show Commercial Heifers on Thursday from 12:00 -1:00 p.m.

Junior Show cattle will weigh in 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Any commercial heifer weighed in for the open show does not have to be weighed again.
